My car makes a popping noise every time I'm driving and turning.I don't know what the issue is that's making my car do that.I really need answers about my problem

We aren't there to hear this noise so we can't be too accurate in diagnosis and it should be checked by a competent tech.

If what you are hearing is a snapping/popping noise when accelerating around a turn, the C/V axle would be the primary suspect.
