Ignition wire

One of my car's (1998 honda accord-4 cyl) ignition wires keeps popping up. Which causes the dash board's "check engine" light to appear. Though I keep pushing said wire down, after awhile it pops back up again. WHAT IS MY PROBLEM?

Check the spark plug torquing. Ig the plug is not tightened correctly, compression pressure would escape past the plug resulting in pressure building up and popping the plug wire out.
