Will not downshift

All idiot lights are on. Temperature gauge is not working. The transmission will not downshift. It is stuck in 3rd gear. Check engine light is on. Code Checker reads:
PO740: Torque Converter Cluth soleniod circut open.
PO753: Sift Soleniod 'A' Electorical
PO&85 Shift/Timing Soleniod Malfunction
P1860 Torque Converter Cluth Pule width Modulation Soleniod Circut.
What do you suggest? Thank you.

A new trans (lol) Honestly, I would start with the TCC solenoid. Check for an open circuit and repair that first. I believe that will take care of at least 2 of the other codes. My concern then is the modulation solenoid.
