Door striker access

I am prepping vehicle for paint and did not know that the door striker has those bolt plats behind screws. I can reach it unless I take off some inner trim. How do I go behind trim to access bolts?

On some models you cannot, there are made into the door frame when the car is put together at the factory. Take of the rear panel and see if you can access it.
