Front brakes pulsate when making a complete stop. It feels as if they are gonna stop when you first apply the brakes and then it starts to pulsate and continue moving another foot or two. I have replaced the front brakes/rotors, rear brakes/drums, and brake lines.

Then something was not installed correctly or the rotors were not cleaned off prior to installation. Or caliper is hanging up.

Normally no, but if your light is on and you didn't tell us then have it scanned for codes and be more specific the next time.

Were the rotors installed correctly? Are the lug nuts tight? We don't know what you did.
