1998 Ford Ranger Son 98 Dome Light Didn T Work Put Fuse 26 Came On Turn Signals

My son has a 98 ranger the dome light didn't work he put a fuse in #26 the dome light came on but the turn signals and radio started flashing he took fuse out not the engine won't turn over and turnsignals and radio lights flash when you turn key to on position please help

You are looking for a ground issue here. Check body grounds. It is back feeding power through different components looking for ground.
