Idles inconsistant at stop lites and excelleration until about 3500-4000 RPMs, see below

I have changed the following: IAC, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, MAF, EGR, plugs and wires, o2 sensors, and TPS.I give up. Help!

Wow, lots of parts with no results. Lets go back to before you replaced anything.

What motor do you have?

Did you have a smoke test done for a vacuum leak? This sounds lore like the issue.
