Right rear wheel

My left rear wheel is locked whats wrong?

If only one wheel is locking, check for leaks from the axle seal and from the wheel cylender. If fluid gets into the brake drum, it will lock up. Also, check to make sure none of the retaining springs have broken and the brake shoes are not glazed.
