When it cold it acts like it don't have power amd doesn't want to shift and as soon as it warm up it has all the power and shifts fine what can it be

When was the last time you serviced the trans? It should be done every 50k.

Well I bought the truck from a car dealer and they said that they dome a full tune up.

I haven't touch the trans the only thing I have done is check the fluid to it it didn't start doing this til bout 2 days ago

Ok then I would start with a oil/filter change with the trans. Otherwise it may be an internal issues with the trans
