Brake light and ABS light in dash flash when apply brake they go out

Brake light and abs light in dash flash when apply brake they go out until you release brake then come on and flash again in addition when driving vehicle if headlights off runs fine parking lights on runs fine switch headlights on vehicle dies as if you turned the key off switch headlight switch back to parking lamps or off vehicle regains power and continues to run. All grounds are good battery starter and alternator have all been tested and tested fine. What is causing this malfunction please help.

Hello,

This could be an issue with the ABS module.
The 4 Wheel Anti-Lock Brake System Module is located at the left side of the engine compartment.

The electronic brake control module controls the ABS system for this vehicle, and if the on-board diagnostics detect any faults within the ABS system it will trigger the light.

The best course of action would be to see if you can retrieve the ABS codes. As this can help with the diagnostics.
