A LX IS THE LUXURY MODEL FOR THE CROWN VIC THAT HAS A LEATHER INTERIOR WHILE THE P71 IS THE POLICE INTERCEPTOR VEHICLE THAT IS MADE WITH A CHEAP INTERIOR SO AS TO TRANSPORT SUSPECTS.

About all you will need it sall the police interceptor stuff like switchs for lights, etc and the cheap seats
