1998 Dodge Stratus transmission problem

My car gear do shift but cat does not move, I have change the transmission oil but at times car seems like moving and stall, is it a bad TCM? Where is the location of the oil transmission drain plug? What is the effect of water entering the gear box?

There is no trns drain plug have a trans guy scan this for codes

I have three codes which are P0645 (A/C clutch relay cct), P1596 (Speed control switch always high), P0108 (Map sensor Voltage too high), and I noticed that the transmission oil has changed to strawberry color, thou the oil does not smell, can it be that the oil has mixed with water? Please help me.

Not the strawberry color is normal I really think you should have alocal pro look at this
