Problems with noises

My 98 dodge stratus it's doing really funny noises (squeaks) only in the front tires when I turn, what can I do, and how much it can cost me! Actually now it's doing it every time it moves. Even when is parked. If you just touch it, that sound it's there

Chances are you are hearing dried out swaybar bushings. Have them checked to see if that is the problem. The parts are cheap. I would estimate around 100.00 parts and labor if that is the problem.
