1998 Dodge Ram check engine light/rough idle

I ran through some high water, now the truck idle bad and cut-off at stop lights.

Check for arcing around one of the spark plug wires. The Engine Computer should detect which cylinder is misfiring, set a diagnostic fault code for that, and turn on the Check Engine light.
