My car stalled while I was backing into my parking spot attempted to restart after pushing it into the spot and it won't restart. I then Waited about 30 min and attempted to start it again and it will not start. The engine turns over but will not start up. Any Advice on what it could be?

It is either a fuel management of ignition issue.
Since you happened to be in a situation the the Idle Air Control Valve, (IACV), is at work due to the engine load from the steering and backing up, I would look at that first. They are a common maintenance replacement at age your car is.
There could be issues with the throttle body being dirty as well, sometimes the Exhaust Gas Return may need cleaning too. It gets dirty quickly and is an emission item.
All parts are collocated and would be an overlap in labor for the job.
Before you have it done, have a code reader hooked up and eliminate ignition and other possibilities.
