I keep blowing a fuse as soon as I change it, makes the following things not work,
reverse lights
blinkers
heat/ac blower
heated power seat
and makes my ABS light come on
what could it be? We had the altenator rebuilt but its still doing it

Which engine do you have?
Which fuse is blowing?
Turn everything you mentioned off and test if the fuse blows. If it does not, try turning on one component at a time and test which blows.

If the fuse blows even with all the components off, then you have a short to body with the wire between the fuse and components.
