my 1998 jeep grand cherokee limited addition rear passenger tire is wobbling. could it be the cotter pin/wheel bearing?

You'll have to hold your computer closer to the wheel so we can inspect it. I'd suspect a bent wheel, but since I'm not psychic, it would make more sense to have a live person look at it.
