98 chrysler cirrus lxi almost stalls at stops n has trouble running under 40 mph, mechanic scanned n it reads 2 O2 cabin sensors, parts store has no idea where or what they are, can u explain please?

You need to get the exact code numbers. Owners always misinterpret what they hear from mechanics and that's one of the biggest reasons we assume they're all crooks. Also, when asking about an engine running problem, you need to tell us the engine size. There's at least three different engines for your model and they use different systems. There are going to be two or four oxygen sensors. For "cabin", you're referring to the cabin air filter which filters the fresh air coming into the car. There's no sensors associated with that and it has nothing to do with the exhaust or emissions systems.
