What's the problem, any applicable trouble codes? Can you communicate with computer? You can check for reference voltage at any sensor that uses a ref voltage, to see if computer will do anything. You can check voltage and grounds for the computer.

Is the pcm compatible with vehicle? If this is a new pcm, I believe the dealership will have to program computer.

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. Anything?

What about security system?
