1998 Chevrolet Silverado wheel lock up

The passanger side front wheel keeps locking up. But when the wheels are off the ground it doesnt seem to lock up. Do you know what it may be and how to fix it. Thank you

Check wheel bearing and brakes of offending wheel

Wheel bearings done 3 months age and breaks just done thought thats what it was too.I think its something to do with my differential

I goofed I didn't look at the 4wd and yes it probably is something with diff. Probably a bearing bad. And no you can't pull the shaft out and drive like that you wold have to pull both of them out and drain the diff.
