Missing but machine says no missfire

I have a miss or fuel interuption in my 1998 s-10 with 4.3. I have had autozone check for codes, the only code is for the catalyst system operating below efficiantcy. The previous owner staight-piped it. The code says there is no missfire and O2 sensors are ok.I am at a LOSS!
