Engine is running rough, Service Engine light is on with a Misfire code, read as random, and other times as Cylinder 6, Replaced Distributor Cap and Rotor, no luck.

Were there any other codes stored?
Have you taken a compression test?

It had only one other code before which was for a O2 Sensor, which I replaced and that code went away, and no compression test

You need to isolate which function is missing to cause the misfire, ie; spark, compression or fuel and that will give us direction.

I replaced the Distributor Cap and Rotor, that should eliminate the spark, correct?

No, it doesn't. Testing for spark during the failure is how you can rule out spark. It's not done by throwing parts at it.

Ok, I'm going to go buy a compression tester, what should I use to test the spark?

There are a number of different low cost spark testers to choose from.
You should be able to rent or borrow a compression gauge from one of the Auto parts stores Like Autozone or Advance.

I like this one because you can adjust the gap to test the strength of the spark.
