Chevy Lumina wont run when engine is warm

I have a 1998 Chevy Lumina with the 3.8 liter engine, 197000 miles. It will start up and run well until the engine warms up then it stalls out and will not run. If I crank it back up, it stalls out again.

Having the same problem with my 91 3.1 lumina, any help would be appreciated, replaced ecm, replaced map sensor, replaced fuel pump and filter, replaced maf sensor, replaced tps, replaced cat converter and have no codes before or after ecm change. Any ideas?
