Scanned the computer box and the error or no link message keeps showing my scanner is not broken

Changed the fuel pump and it starts and dies out immediately so I scanned the computer box to see if any codes but shows error or no link

Could be a code reader that cannot communicate. Check with autozone or pepboys to see if there will communicate.

Did you check the actual pressure? Should be 58-65 lbs.
