Car judders when in 1st gear

Hi this car has started to judder in 1st gear. I'm worrieed that this could be serious. Otherwise it is going fine. Thanks

Is the check engine light on?

Could be plugs, coils.

Worse case, could be trans related.

Juddering during take off in 1st gear usually are caused by the clutch. Disk could be contaminated by the presence of oil or the pressure plate is failing or the flywheel is worn evenly.

Sooner or later you would have to get the clutch replaced.
