I would call them bolts.
Give me your VIN and I will look at the exploded view and tell you what the parts manual calls them.

It's not just screws. This is for the rear of the vehicle where it attaches to the frame. The vin # is 3VWFA81WM078425.

but now I do not know what part you are looking for.
The backing plate for drum brakes are attached to the axle. Not the frame.
Please try to explain it in a different way.
