Adding transmission fluid

Where is the transmission fill hole on a Manual transmission 1997 VW Cabrio? We found the drain hole, but cannot find the fill hole. There is a hole at the top of the transmission, but don't believe that is it. Thank you.

I will attach the process below on how to check the fluid and fill it which shows the location of the plug.
