AC problem not working

Possible electrical problem, no leaks no blower movements, no AC light in control unit, no Fres/Rec light, no Auto light, control unit was replaced original control unit works fine in another vehicle. Technician seemed to think it is the DS Relay Module/AC Amplifier but not sure because the control unit cannot turn on the blower motor we need the wiring diagram for the DS Relay

There's no DS relay

Check the heater fusible link 30amp and the gauge E fuse 10amp-

Thank you for your guidance, I have tested 30amp fusible link and voltage is present but on the gauge E fuse 10 amp there is NO voltage presence on either pole the fuse physically is fine replaced with a new one Also the ignition was on when I tested/replaced the 10 amp fuse. Help

Check/Test the heater relay if okay -have the Amplifier further tested
