Car sways in curve not all the time feels just like you hit a patch of ice and it slid for I split second feels like you have no controle I have changed tires and all four struts flushed the system and refill with power sterring fluid. Checked for any

The body rolls while cornering, or the tires slide while cornering? This is 2 distinctly different occurrences.

Stablilizer bar bushings and link is ok nothing loose
could it be inside rack?

Steering rack induced body roll? No. Weak shocks/springs, worn sway bar bushing or links. Maybe worn control arm bushings.
