1997 Toyota Camry LE screetching noise when starting

Some times when I start my 1997 Toyota Camry it makes a screetching noise then stops. Sounds like a belt but I have checked the belts.

Most likely it's the alternator belt slipping! Is it serpentine? They can look ok but they show wear different than v belt. The pulley eventually bottoms out in groves allowing slippage. After start alternator puts out full(increased drag) to compensate for battery drain for a little time then goes back to regular output? Pretty common noise issue.
