1997 Subaru Liberty stalling

The car stalls bur before it stalls the revs go up than all lights on the dash come on than I have to pull over turn car off than restart car than it drives again I have cleaned all the earth wires I have checked all fuses I have put fuel injector cleaner in but I still have the same problem please help

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole. Check for a vacuum leak like hose having hole in it disconnected etc.
