1997 SUBARU LEGACY--ABS LIGHT STAYS ON, What would the list of trouble shooting start with? How can I check speed sensors to see if they are ok. Could it be related to the fluid lvl? Ect. Ect. Stuff like that. Im looking for the cheapest easiest fix. As anything I do will be done outside in the snow LoL thanks

Start at the wheel sensors and then the ABS unit

A scan will show which wheel speed sensor is not reading if it is a wheel sensor fault, often this is the case.
