Security system does not work car won't start.

Wiring in the dome light caught fire. This wire has been disconnected. The security system is not working. The car won't start. The trunk won't open. Doors won't lock. Panic button doesn't work.

When it doesnt start does it crank and no start or no crank and no start?Also you need to turn on the key to the run position and make sure you have power to both sides of the body fuse and the door lock fuse in the inside fuse box. Also make sure you check all the inside and underhood fuses. Let me know what you find.
