Rain comes through dash

Rain leaks through (2) screws that attach the passenger side of the dash. They're to the right of the dash vent where the door meets the dash. I removed the screws to check it out but can't remove that section of the dash that shrouds the vent. I tried removing the glovebox but it wouldn't come off. No rain, no leaks. The Saturn manual from Haynes has no details about the dashboard.
