I was driving, it was not doing anything funny. It was running great. It just stopped running on the highway, and I coasted to the sholder. When I went to start it back, it would not turn over. I can't turn it by hand neither.What should I do?

It may need a rebiuld if you cannot turn it over by hand. You cannot determine the cause of failure until it is dis-assembled.
