How do you take alternater off. How many bolts? Do you have diagram? Thank you

Where are bolts to take alternater off

I don't have a diagram of the alt, but there should be 3 or 4 bolts that hold it on to the mount. Make sure to disconnect the battery before you start working on it.

Thank you , I found the bolts for alt. But now I got to try to put nuts on back side of idler tenisor.I got tenisor in place but how in the heck do I get nut on?

Sorry but I cant get you a pic. But im tring to figure out how to get on the back side of where idler pully tenisor mounts to get the nuts on

This is not my car, im tring to help a friend that dont have much money and 2, 6 and 4 yr old kids. Why does pontiac have to make it so hard to get to the nut that holds the idler /tenisor on? I have talked to mech. But no help. HELP! Please
