Car will not start is getting fuel and spark just won't fire up will turn over any ideas

Was driving one day and car lost 90% of it power was going very slow and******** went to start it up later and wouldn't start so I did a tune up and it fired rite up but when I tried to start it again it wouldn't start will turn over like it going to start just won't car is getting fuel and spark

What does "getting fuel" mean? What is the fuel pressure? Do you have injector pulse?

That's what a mechanic told me I'm getting fuel and spark it should start but I was told the computer might be bad I am not mechanically inclined so I just would like to know why it won't fire up it wants to just won't
