Where is the fuel pump/hose in the 1997 Plymouth Voyager ralley located

My car stops all of a sudden, push gas pedal nothing happens, try to start it later, it starts. Today drove it in 41 degree weather, worked fine, until I went to drive car was on, lights worked, but I could push gas pedal all the way to the floor nothing happened, had call tow truck driver.
