97 Olds Ahieva getting a Code C1223 Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Input signal is 0. Is the sensor bad or what that be a harness problem.

Also Code C1225 LF Excessive wheel speed Variator. What Can I do to correct that?

It could be either, a faulty or damaged harness, connection, or faulty sensor. Have you checked the harness in the left front going to the sensor? If it has been improperly routed, or secured, it could contact rotating components. Something could have even been wrapped up in the wheel or axle, and severed the harness. You can test the sensor by connecting a voltmeter set to measure ac volts to the sensor connector, and rotating the wheel. The faster you rotate, the higher the voltage generated. It should also have a resistance value, somewhere around 1300 to 1500 ohms.
