1997 Nissan Quest Misfire on cylinder 6

The OBD code for the problem was for a misfire on cylinder 6 in the car. We changed all the spark plugs and the ignition wires/ connectors. The problem still hasn't gone away. Any ideas?

You have an engine problem but you didn't bother to list the engine size or the mileage. You can try switching two injectors to see if the problem moves to a different cylinder. Also consider a compression test, particularly if the engine has high mileage.
