I have a 97 nissan pathfinder and my windshield wiper motor went, got a new one and am trying to replace it, need help on how to get the crank arm connected back to the link rod, it seems likes there no way to really get to it and get it back together, is there an easy way to go about doing this or an easy way to get at it?

The usual way is to remove the motor holding bolta and pop the joint off with the aid of a long nose plier. Take care not to drop the rod. Use a piece of strig to hold the rod before trying to pop it off its seat. Use a plier to press it back into position.
