My alternator just went out and we fixed that. Then the next day when I went to drive it, the interior lights don't work, the radio, the heat/air won't blow, the horn and turn signals don't work, brake/running lights don't work. The car starts up and the headlights work but nothing inside the car. We checked all the fuses and they are all good. What else could be the problem?

Did you check fuses under the hood? Is the new alternator charging the battery?

Yes my dad checked the two fuse panels under the hood as well. All of them were good. And the car starts up fine and the headlights work, so I'm assuming since the car starts the battery is getting charged. Do you think it might be something electrical? If so what should he check next?

You know, I am looking at a wiring schematic and don't see where all the things you listed tie together. Tell me, did you install the alt yourself? If so, when you disconnected the battery, was the positive removed too? If so, are you certain that the power supply to the power distribution box wasn't touched? For that many things to go all at once, there must be a power supply missing. The components that aren't working have different grounds, so that can't be the issue. Let me know. I'll keep studying the schematic.
