I have a 97 mercury cougar V8 that recently started misfiring, since it started, I have replaced the spark plugs, the spark plug wires, and both ignition coils, each has helped, but has not completely gotten rid of the problem. I do not know what to do next. At this point, it is smooth in park, but the car rumbles and shakes when at a dead stop in gear, after I get going past 45 miles an hour, the car levels out, and as long as I do not stop competely, it stays level.

I found out that the problem is my PCM, but I do not know the part number and do not trust myself taking the part off and being able to put it back on without making it worse (i still need to drive the car)
