I don't have a wiring diagram for that car because it's not sold here but it sounds like you are not seeing ground at the compressor clutch. It should ground somewhere close by. Some of them use a switch on the compressor to complete the ground. Unplug the compressor to determine which one is the power and the other will be the ground. It's reading hot on both sides because it is still plugged into the clutch.
