I discover oil in my radiator and coolant, took the car to my mechanic, then he told me that my gasket has got burnt, then he replaced it and after changing it, the car started bringing blue smoke from then on. Is it the valve gasket that is causing it? Because one of the plug is now soaked with oil. Or he damaged some seals

he did not damage anything.

when you do the top end of the motor and your has high mileage, the low end is still old. burning of oil is common until the pressures equalize. check your oil often. return for a follow up to verify no leaks. the only way of curing this is to replace the rings.
