Clicking noise and heater

I started hearing this clicking noise in my dash board. I thought it was a blower motor. It quit clicking but now my heat won't hardly blow through the vents or through the floor?

The mode selection is controlled by the use of air diverter doors that is operated by an electric motor/actuator. This door can be jammed or the actuator can be inoperative or have stripped plastic gears internally.
