Fan will not blow on high. Replaced the resistor but it did not solve the problem. What next?

This is a great car but the Air is not blowing hard. What comes out is cold but the speed does not change on the blower. It will blow through every port, dash/defrost/floor but only on lower speed. Replaced the resistor as it looked as though it had been hot but it did not cure the problem.

There is a linear control mechanism for the blower motor that controls fan speed. Here is the location for the part so you can swap it out and fix the problem. Here are both locations for he speed control resistor and the linear controller as well. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
