Every time I open the car door my theft system activates and the alarm goes off and does not disarm car wont start because of this

Did you try using the passenger door to unlock and test if the security system is disabled?
The key in ignition should turn the alarm off. Is system factory or after market?
Are the power door locks working correctly?
