I think mine is going out, the check engine light will come on and the car will get jumpy when im trying to stay at a consistent speed say 3rd gear at 3,000 rpm " manual ". When it does this ill come to say a red light and the car will want to stay at 2,000 rpm but will adjust if I rev engine slightly. Then in a day or so the C/E light will go off. Does this sound like a iac valve. Thank you for the help, Michael

On the Tiburon it is referred to as the Idle Speed Control Actuator. It is located on the intake manifold near the throttle body on the backside.
I attached a diagram with locations of components.
It does sound like it could be the ISC. However, I would go and get the trouble codes pulled. You don't have to have a check engine light for one to be present and it helps in finding the problem.
Any Advance Auto or Auto Zone will do this for free.
