Engine idle is going up and down in park

My 1997 honda civic dx idles up and down while in park and neutral and when in drive the cars moves without me giving it gas any ideas? When in park my car idles up and down and when in drive it moves without my giving it gas

Hi it sounds like you have a bad iac [idle air control motor]
or possible a vacum leak

This might sound funny, but take a small hammer and lightly tap the top of the throttle body when the car is on, if its stuck oped it should close or vice verse.
